zach campo, (he/him)
therapist

Zach is a master level social worker with clinical experience working with a wide range of individuals, both adults and adolescents.  He approaches therapy from a holistic mind, body, and spirit framework that considers the entirety of an individual in order to promote a greater sense of understanding ourselves and our relationships in life. Zach also uses the framework of narrative therapy to challenge the stories we tell ourselves and empower ourselves to make effective changes to our lives. His practice style holds the values of community, non-judgement, and self-determination in high regard with hopes of creating a more compassionate and socially just world.

"Having the privilege to see a therapist as a young adult was one of the greatest gifts I have received in my life. It has helped me expand my capacity to navigate the complexity and challenges of life, and still does to this day. My hope is to be able to help others do the same as we move forward during these infinitely complex times."
